What we provide

Two things: a complete redesign of your website, delivered to your own hosting, plus your custom “Lori” AI concierge — trained on your real menu, pricing, hours and policies — running on our infrastructure.

  • (a) Complete website redesign of whitesandsalon.com, deployed to your existing hosting. You keep full ownership of your website, domain and hosting.
  • (b) The “Lori” AI concierge, embedded on your site and trained on your real services & prices — hosted and operated on our infrastructure.
  • (c) Monthly service: concierge hosting, uptime monitoring & security; knowledge-base updates (menu, prices, specials); lead capture sent straight to your email; and minor site content updates on request.

No build fee. No setup fee. Billed monthly in advance, beginning as we start your build today. The bank price is the discounted rate; the card price simply covers processing.

Term

6-month initial commitment from today, then continuing month-to-month — either of us may end it with 30 days’ written notice. If you ever cancel during the first six months, the remaining months of that initial term are payable.

The Founding Partner exchange

Your rate is locked and personal to you. In return, once you’re happily up and running, you agree to provide a short testimonial, permission to publish a case study (salon name & results), and warm referral introductions to salon-owner friends when it feels right (introductions, not guaranteed closes).

Accuracy & liability — in plain language

Lori is a helpful informational aid. She shares your published starting prices and info, but final pricing, availability and suitability are always confirmed by the salon — you remain the source of truth for your own prices and policies, and we update them as you let us know of changes. Every visitor sees that Lori is an AI assistant and that details are confirmed by White Sand. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 6 months before any claim; no liability for indirect losses such as lost bookings or revenue.

These services are provided by Swell & Stack Co. LLC dba Swell & Stack Co. This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida / Wyoming.

Your e-signature below — your typed name plus the consent box — forms a legally binding agreement to these terms under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, the same as signing on paper. A copy is recorded with the date, and we’ll email you a confirmation.
